Some of you personally know Anton Miroshnichenko of Kyiv, Ukraine. During the past few days he and I have messaged as Vladimir Putin’s government amassed military power and invaded Anton’s native homeland. Today, Anton and his family have taken shelter in Kyiv as they closely follow unfolding events to determine their next move. Even under the duress of today’s invasion, this longtime Urantia Book reader has maintained a sense of levity, hope, and courage.
We are deeply saddened and horrified by Putin’s arrogant and callous act of inhumanity. But we’re encouraged that Anton’s divine spirit will “fight with him and for him” through these dark times.
Please pray for Anton’s courage, clarity of mind, and safety in the times ahead, and for justice, sanity, and peace to prevail in Ukraine.
